This two-story building involved updates to the reception area along with an 1,855 SF addition, upgrading of the existing guest rooms and common areas, and exterior work encompassing a new monument sign, repaved parking lots, storm drains, utilities, lighting, and walks. This Stage II 90-bed renovation blended with the stage-one 50-bed addition performed by ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ under separate contract, enhances the Lejeune Inn into a consistently branded, high-quality facility. The Inn remained open for business throughout all three phases of the project.
