ÀÇÓÑÊÓÆµ renovated and expanded a pork processing and packaging facility, working closely with the USDA, plant operations and subcontractors to ensure the plant remained operational during construction. ÀÇÓÑÊÓÆµ added a new cut floor, machine and mechanical rooms, and truck doors. Renovations included an updated ammonia refrigeration system, blast chillers and freezers that maintain temperatures from 10°F to +40°F.
