The 5,871-sf Marine Mart was renovated to align with current MCX Brand Standards. Work included replacing all walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers, a complete interior finish upgrade with a revised floor plan, and new flooring, ceilings, paint, and millwork. Life safety improvements included new fire protection and alarm systems. The front entrance was updated with new signage and a brand-standard 鈥渂lood stripe鈥� around the building exterior.

During construction, unforeseen conditions were discovered, including roof and wall leaks, mold, and structural damage from a historic vehicle impact. After engaging an envelope consultant, 狼友视频 identified and resolved the water intrusion issues, abated contaminated materials, and repaired the building envelope. The flat roofs were replaced with new TPO roofing, and the clay tile roof was repaired. Additional scope included Owner-requested upgrades such as a new 12.5-ton HVAC system, in-floor power additions, brand-driven flooring changes, full exterior repainting, and parking lot improvements including asphalt overlay, new striping/signage, and ADA ramp/parking upgrades.
